Muscle stiffness and Diarrhea

A young female presented in our OPD with marked skeletal stiffness, diarrhea, and weight loss. Her previous laboratory investigations include mild anemia and a raised erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Chest radiographs indicate bilateral apical pleural thickening. Upper GI endoscopy is normal. How should we further investigate and manage this patient?
