Vayarin (Phosphatidylserine Omega-3 Fatty Acids) Supplements for ADHD

Vayarin (Phosphatidylserine Containing Omega-3 Fatty Acids) is used as a supplement in children with ADHD (attention-deficit/ hyperactivity disorder). The exact mechanism of action of the food supplement is not known, however, it is thought to increase the omega-3 fatty acid levels in the brain.
